In my opinion No one needs a buff. They Play different and thats how they should be. Why having 10 guns and at the end they are just reskins. Special the MG 15 or MP18 need No buff. You get easy kills even on long range.
The Patch is just for Cod Players so that they JUMP and Run around with SMGs. - 8749 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, BF1IncursionsAlphaMember
The other three infantry classes are getting buffed. This *is* a nerf (relatively) of the scouts.+1
These buffs are not needed. What is needed in my opinion is nerfing of the sniper rifles and supereasy snipingmechanics, but hey, that's just common sense. So it wont happen at DICE. - 1554 postsMember, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, BF1IncursionsAlphaMemberNo , half of the support weaps are crap. You know that.
There is NO point to use the Lewis or that piece of junk called the Huot. None. 15 Dmg. 25 bullets. 450 RPM. Really? Bad Hipfire , bad RPM ( and it's very important ), and low bullets capacity. Same for the MP18. It's crap. It cannot compete. RPM is too low. Now , if the damage somehow exceeded 15...maybe.
People want to play a Low RPM/accruate LMG?
Benet-Mercier is king. Madsen is not far.
You want to be soldier on crack and sprinting everywhere? BAR/MG17. No others choices.
You want to be jack of all trades? MG18/15 or whatever.
Huot , Lewis , even the Perino serve no purposes. They shines nowhere.
And let's not talk about the 12G Auto ( oh wow. It's nothing ) or the 1903 Exp.
These weapons require a bit more aim than the average hellriegel, but are really really good due to their accuracy. Unforgiving for missed shots indeed, but the Huot for example can sweep through enemies where other guns would struggle, because of their recoil or spread. - 1055 postsMember, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1MemberI can't wait for these changes. Goodbye 7 bullet kills.
- 752 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1MemberIt is needed (along with the movement nerfs) so bads stop getting turned and dunked on by better players after they've sprayed half their Hellrieglol magazine and only got 2-3 hits.

- 305 postsMember, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, Battlefield VMemberI was all for it at first, until DICE said SLR RoF couldn't be adjusted, which was a large component to the whole TTK shift proposed by Marbleduck.
I'm now of the mind that it may be better to only buff the minimum damage (long range) BTK, and leave the close range stuff untouched. That would be better than the proposed changes in the following ways:
Close range Medics wouldn't get screwed
PTFO Scouts wouldn't be screwed as much
Sidearms wouldn't get screwed, or require rebalancing
Assaults' buff wouldn't feel nearly as strong
Support's guns would feel amazingly consistant, as most all the guns would be a 5hk at any range
Would help a lot with the 'bullet sponge' feel (whoever thought 7hk LMG's were a good idea needs to be shot naked with a full auto airsoft), without increasing the 'insta-gibb' feel - 2065 postsMember, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, BF1IncursionsAlpha, Battlefield VMember^ This could be a nice compromise, along with the shotgun pellet scheme rework.

Was that a jab at bad players complaining, or are you in actual favor of the Buff?
Cause as I see it, if you suck at aiming and cant hit your shots you deserve to lose.No , half of the support weaps are crap. You know that.

I will admit that the Lewis sucks, but the Huot is Decent, and the Perino is like the Benet Merci but with the ammo capacity for sustained fire. I can get tons of multi kills on one burst when I set up well with that gun.
So yeah, the LMGs are in a good place.
And don't talk crap on the Experimental. That is the most criminally under-rated gun in the game. Everyone thinks its useless cause they cant figure out how to use it. - 6 postsMember, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield, Battlefield 1Member0
- 95 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, BF1IncursionsAlpha, Battlefield VMemberI got at least one star with every gun in the game. And certainly the game is good balanced , except this guns in my modest opinions:
Need a buff:
Huot automatic ( more dmg, worst gun in the game)
P08 pistol ( worst overall)
Bulldog revolver ( this revolver got nice numbers, but feels inacurrate and unreliable to use)
1895 Trench ( More range)
1903 experimental ( more dmg and better view, hard to aim).
Lewis Gun ( little more dmg)
Smg 08 08/18 ( this gun is nice to use, but too low rpm, need more dmg per shot)
12g shotgun ( another nice to use shotgun, but feels inconsistant, needs lower recoil to be balanced)
Revolver Nagant ( No point using a revolver with 40 dmg max, I just never see nobody using it)
Need a nerf:
Hellriegel ( all know why, this gun is simply too powerful: good dmg, good rpm, good range, good ammo, good recoil).
Shotgun model 10a Hunter ( I know this weapon its hard to master to be effective, but when 80% ppl pick this model, you know you got unbalanced shotguns.
Fedorov avtomav ( This is a assault weapon, just break all medic balance weapons, you can play medic like a assault. Got good damage, good rpm, good rounds....no point playing weapons like Autoloading 8, 1906 or General Liu at all when you got a gub like this at your disposal)
Just my personal opinion, thank you if already here. - 420 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, BF1IncursionsAlphaMemberLmgs have the least kills and are the least used weapons. But they should remain in their crap state?
Mg14/17: needs a better recoil reduction while bipoded. There seems to be no difference between standing and bipoded
BM: overshadowed by the perino, needs more damage and a tighter max spread cone.
Lewis: decent but loses to the M1911 in close range, so its useless when sidearms out dps it.
Huot: whoever thought this was work rank 10 needs to be shot with paintballs butt naked. Nothing about this gun is worthy to be in the game. It needs to be a chauchaut type weapon for base game players.
Perino: needs a min and max damage buff, suffers grom BMs issues of losing to sidearms and a blind monkey with a god gun (assault as they never attack vehicles and avoid them at all costs)
Mg15: innaccurate. Best used against planes as you won't be hitting smaller targets at range.
Madsen: even the mp18 has better dps, the LW version is useless as the mag blocks too much view.
Bar: finally a good gun. Most popular lmg because its the only one that has a chance of beating assualt in cqc (even though the spamico has more bullets, less recoil, spread, hifire spread and is considered 'balanced') - 95 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, BF1IncursionsAlpha, Battlefield VMemberLmgs have the least kills and are the least used weapons. Agree with all except two things:
The new Mg 14/7 is balanced like this. Is simply a beast, must be innacurate or is just too powerful.
Madsen: Truly the mag blocks the view... But thats the magic of this weapon, the more inmersive for me. I am proud to say that I tried a Madsen in real life, and love play this weapon because you feel so real like this.
Disagree the Lw version is useless. In Amiens with this version I never did less than 50 kills. In Monte Grappa I kill even the enemy scouts so fast. Its accurate, fast and deadly.
You can pick the Storm version to play normaly, and Trench version to play in CqC.
I just simply love this gun. - 399 postsMember, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, BF1IncursionsAlphaMemberSupport class destroying this game. Almost every server is full of proned LMG'ers.
- 63 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTEMember' Proned LMG'ers ' are sniper bait. If you get mowed down in an alley , he did his job. You die with 2/3 friends when you see someone prone , you have problems.
I'll say it again. The Huot is scrap metal. Let's put the lowest damage , mag size and rate of fire on a gun. The Lewis is a straight upgrade , and that's saying a lot.
You can't compete with 450/475 RPM weapons , period.
Sure , you can kill people with it. Of course. But you will do better with a Madsen, MG18 or MG17 ( Now , this is what an MG should feel. Crap when not fired from a bipod. i'm all up for a recoil buff when bipoded and 3x the recoil when ADS'ing without bipod ).
As for the 1903 Exp,
Man , I know you love the gun , but wake up. It's easier to kill people with a pistol.
Up close , you'll get eaten alive by everyone.
Mid range? Enjoy those 13 dmg rounds when I can simply aim any automatic gun in your directions and win the engagement.
Long range? eh.
Tell me where the Exp shine. I'm not being mean. I'm waiting for arguments for where the 1903 is better than any others Scouts gun.
I have a thing for broken gun. I do. I love the 1895 Trench. Sadly it's range is...limited. ( thanks to the reduced Headshot multiplier , how people never reacted on this will always be a mystery. Headshot are not rewarded ).
You can't feel more gimped when using theses weapons. - 6008 postsMember, Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, BF1IncursionsAlpha, Battlefield VMemberThis whole 'fix' is another main proof of Dice being unable to do any sort of balancing and also listening to wrong and dumb people aka youtubers and such.
- 1055 postsMember, Battlefield 4, Battlefield, Battlefield 1MemberLMG and SMG damage is still trash. I’d want the buff implemented immediately if it didn’t shaft medics.
- 1337 postsMember, Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield, Battlefield 1, CTE, Battlefield VMemberI don’t think it’s required across the board. Maybe slightly improved damage of LMGs because often it takes way too many bullets to down someone compared to other guns. Bipod they are more accurate.

That's a nice broad generalization, I main scout and am actually happy they are doing a rebalance. 25 Weapon Dmg For Lmgs Pc
Apex Legends weapon tier record – greatest weapons in Season 4. Below I’ve created a useful desk of our rankings of each gun in Apex Legends inside their weapon class for Season 4. I’ve tried to have in mind the facility ranges of every weapon in addition to their dependency upon attachments. Lighter modern LMGs have enabled them to be issued down at the fireteam level, with two or three at the section/squad level. Ammunition feed. Many light machine guns (such as the Bren gun or the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle) were magazine-fed. Others, such as the MG 34, could be fed either from a belt or from a magazine. Oct 06, 2016 In todays video we will be taking a closer look at the higher damage model light machine guns in Battlefield 4. The PKP Pecheneg, M60-E4 & M240B are. Some have called The Division 2 one of the loot-n-shooter genre’s very best titles, and – whether or not you agree – much of this success is down to the tight gunplay and diverse arsenal of guns and weapons.
